March Client of the Month – Molly
I’m so excited that Molly is our Client of the Month! I’ve known her for a few years and she is constantly making progress and striving for the next goal! She’s a great example of someone that has been consistent with her training! Also, she’s a fantastic quilter and I love seeing all of her projects!
Molly was kind enough to answer a few questions for me:
I found Kate by doing an online search for trainers back in 2013. I had decided it was time for some changes in my life and knew I needed some help. I did personal training at my house until 2016. I lost a total of 125 lbs and have learned what it takes to keep the weight off. In 2016, I decided I wanted to do the 4 week challenge and talked my husband into doing it with me. Our lives have totally changed since that challenge. After our first challenge we figured out what we needed to do each week to continue with our journey in fitness. I told Kate a few years ago I wanted to be able to complete a half marathon. The last weekend in February I will be running that half marathon to achieve that goal. I have had so many achievements since starting to work with Kate, I think knowing there isn’t anything I can’t accomplish if I set my mind to it is the greatest achievement.
