2lbs of Chicken Tenders

1 tsp of salt

1 Tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp of Dijon Mustard

1/2 tbsp of Honey

1/4 cups of olive oil

1 1/2 Cups of crushed toasted rice cereal

Freezer Containers

1 Gallon Freezer Bag

1 Quart Freezer Bag

Directions :

Sprinkle Chicken Tenders with salt and pepper. Transfer to a large bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together Apple Cider Vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey and olive oil.

Pour over chicken and let marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Place crushed Toasted Rice Cereal on a large plate

Dredge chicken pieces through cereal

Place on Parchment paper lined baking sheet. Repeat with all Chicken. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
