We offer two different challenges based on what you are looking for.

The 6 Week Very Serious Challenge is targeted towards those that need to lose 20 pounds, or more.  You will get a meal plan, workout with me and form a great group of friends that will help you and keep you accountable throughout the whole challenge.  The goal is for everyone to lose 20 pounds, which then gets you your money back!  Click below for more information!

The 4 Week Tone-Up Challenge is targeted towards those that need to lose about 10 pounds or less.  On this challenge, you also get a meal plan, workout with me and make great friends!  The focus here though is to lower your body fat percentage and tone up your muscles.  Click below for more information!

  • Anyone can join! Open to men and women of all ages, sizes and capabilities!

  • This is a hugely successful program. Registration for upcoming challenges will open the last day of the previous challenge.
  • The challenge costs $149. Everyone that loses 20 pounds in 6 weeks will get their money back!
  • We only ask that once you completely change your body, we can share your transformation with others.

**You must attend the mandatory kick-off meeting. NO EXCEPTIONS! We will be getting starting weights, measurements, body fat percentage and pictures taken. This challenge is geared for people that have less than 20 pounds to lose and want to tone up and/or lose weight and body fat.  The 4 week challengers receive the same accountability, meal plan and unlimited bootcamps as the 6 week challengers!

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Can I bring my kids to bootcamp? Yes! Bootcamps are at local parks, so feel free to bring them! They will get a chance to socialize and run around, while you are getting in a good workout! Everyone is making friends while being active; it’s a win for all!

Can nursing moms do the program? Of course! We have had multiple nursing moms follow our plan exactly, and lose the full 20 pounds!

What are the meal plans? There are 3 meal plans to choose from and are provided at the mandatory kick-off meeting.

How often do we need to exercise? 6 week challengers are required to do 4 workouts a week.  4 week challengers are required to do 5 workouts a week. These can be all with me at bootcamp, or a combination with me and the at-home workout provided.

What if I am gluten free, vegetarian, etc.? Totally fine! I will work with you to ensure your meal plan will work for you.

What if I don’t have 20 pounds to lose? If you have less than 20 pounds to lose, the 4 Week Tone-Up Challenge may be perfect for you!  Click above for more information!

What happens after the challenge? Great question! I will meet with you one-on-one during week 5 to formulate a plan for after the challenge. We will talk about what your goals are long-term and what your meals should consist of. You also have the option of joining another challenge or just joining bootcamp! You’ll make so many friends you probably won’t want to leave!

6 weeks ago I took the leap and started the Kate Anderson Fitness challenge, and it has truly changed my life. In 6 weeks I completely changed my “lifestyle”.  I lost 36 lbs, beginning with baby steps of trying to jog a 1/4 mile without stopping, and by the last day of the challenge jogging a whopping 4 miles without stopping with a great steady pace. I want to thank all my fellow challenge partners, including my awesome wife, because I couldn’t of done it without her. Good luck to all in the lifestyle change, and I can’t wait for the next challenge to begin.

I’ve lost 22.4 lbs!! I’m super proud of myself because I’ve never been this strict with a fitness plan or diet EVER!! Losing baby weight is HARD (for me, at least).
