Bootcamp

Bootcamp Program

“Where family fitness and fun come together.”

Our Bootcamp Program offers 30-45 minute bootcamp style classes designed to build strength and increase fitness ability through everything from interval training, weight lifting, plyometrics, running and stretching in a group setting.  These classes are held at local community parks.  Our Program is currently the only Bootcamp program in the Temecula Valley that offers 100% kid friendly classes.

Included with the Bootcamp Program are monthly assessments, which encourage each participant to advance their fitness abilities by tracking their individual progress.

Our bootcamp goes beyond a traditional bootcamp.  It is a community of like minded individuals supporting each other.

SO GLAD I took the time to try Kate Anderson’s boot camp! She is a very knowledgeable and motivating instructor! Being able to bring my kids to work out is also a plus and the friends I have made makes it one of the best decisions I made in a long time! Would recommend her to everyone!!

I’ve been looking for a bootcamp that can motivate me and keep me inspired and accountable. Kate Anderson definitely does this for me. The workouts are amazing!! I’ve been doing this for about 1 1/2 weeks and I really see a difference in my body. I’m currently in the 4 week challenge and man, my booty is getting kicked and I love it! I really love all the people I’ve met so far and working out at various parks is so refreshing. I love being outside!! Kate keeps me on track and has great workouts!
